Automatic Load Transfer Panel (ATS Panel) is a standard configuration switch panel in emergency power systems.

This panel continuously monitors mains voltage and frequency. Once mains fault is detected (over-voltage, under-voltage, phase loss, power outage, etc.), it automatically sends a generator start signal. The generator receives the signal and starts automatically. Once normal power generation is established, the ATS panel controls the generator switch to close and supply power. When mains power is restored, after a time delay confirmation, the ATS panel controls the transfer from generator to mains switch, restoring mains power supply, and controls the generator to cool down and stop. This cycle repeats continuously.

This achieves a truly automatic dual-power (mains/generator) power supply system with unattended operation.
