I. Service Content
1. When you are ready to purchase power generation equipment or when you are using a generator set, we provide comprehensive and extensive technical services, including free consultation for generator sets that meet your technical specifications.
2. From the date of order, we assist with inspection and positioning of the generator set you purchase, ensuring it is put into normal operation in the shortest possible time.
3. Free training for your technical personnel.
4. Provide preventive maintenance and repairs to help you control your operating costs.
5. Supply a large number of spare parts and accessories at factory prices, and our maintenance engineers are always available to provide technical assistance.
6. Provide free engine room design, power distribution design, and application specifications for diesel generator sets.
II. Service Commitment
1. Commissioning and delivery: From the date the after-sales service department receives the user’s commissioning request, our technical service personnel will arrive at the designated delivery location within 24 hours and carry out commissioning according to the commissioning procedure.
2. Fault repair: Upon receiving a repair notice from the user (which should be a fax), the after-sales service department will dispatch engineering and technical personnel within 2 hours, and they will arrive at the location of the equipment requiring repair within 24 hours (48 hours for remote areas). The after-sales service department will establish a technical file for the user and regularly or irregularly consult and understand the usage condition of the user’s equipment to keep your diesel generator set in good standby condition. We will visit users who use our diesel generator sets annually or periodically to record their opinions and good suggestions regarding our after-sales service department.
